Purpose
What SiGeKo is for
On a construction site, information arrives as notes, photos or files. For coordination it has to be linked to a project, a task and a responsible person. SiGeKo connects capture, documentation and teamwork.

What SiGeKo does today.
According to the public product website as of 18 October 2026. The current scope is listed on sigeko.app.
- Projects and organisations with roles.
- Site inspections and defects with photos; measures with deadlines and responsible people.
- Health and safety plans, a site diary and safety briefings.
- PDF reports.
- A company portal for explicitly invited company contacts.
- AI capture from text, dictation, photos and files with a shared preview before anything is applied.
Context
What the beta means
- SiGeKo is currently a web app. Native apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android and other platforms have been announced but are not available; there is no fixed date.
- Use is free during the beta. Access is initially granted for 30 days and can be extended free of charge on request during the beta. Without an extension, further changes and AI jobs are locked. There is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
- Beta resets may delete data without notice under the beta rules. Keep an external backup of important data.
- Professional approvals, actually delivering a safety briefing and completing an inspection remain human tasks.
